No emotions are involved, and the market automatically averages out both bull and bear prices. Up to this year “DRIP-ing” has averaged 15% return p. a. for me. So far this year, we are up 18%, with two + months left to run.

More money lost for nothing. Financial advisors suggest investments that are no different than all the others that had no hope of prospering. But I have expanded my toolbox. I have learned the art of options. I spent hours reading and re-reading the educational material regarding options. I know it is a long journey and there is much more to learn from each experience. A new means to make money on a down market. We will see. Nevertheless, I don’t welcome a down market.
